Aromatic Balneotherapy
Aromatic bath treatments are very efficient as a natural support of the human organism | High concentration of essential oils, non foaming in the bath (consult us for spas), they do not contain any colouring agents or synthesized fragrance. A synergy of chemotyped Essential Oils and additional plant extracts is provided on a mild base which is not detergent and which does not have a drying effect. In this form, the essential oils are able to cross the skin barrier and their aromatic components are then carried by the circulation of the blood to obtain the desired effects.
Piece of advice: after the bath, wrap yourself in a bathrobe and if possible complete the beneficial effects of the bath by a massage with the corresponding Massage Gel or Oil. |
The Pleasure of the water and the Benefits of the Aromas | To obtain a better relaxation, a warm bath (32° to 36°) allows you to stay for a longer period of time in the water (30 to 45 minutes). A hot bath (37° to 40°) soothes muscle tension, dilates the vessels and capillaries. The time spent in the bath should not exceed 15 to 20 minutes. |
