However, if you encounter the slightest abnormality with one of our products, please inform us immediately indicating the date of purchase and the number of the batch which can be found on each packaging.

Batches easily identified and traceable | | Traceability is a requirement which has become unavoidable when talking about "quality". Each batch of all of our manufactured goods is identified by means of a code on the label of the product that you receive. Thus, it is possible at any time to refer to the sample that we keep in our "reference centre". We can also naturally retrace the raw materials that were included in the composition of this lot, up to its origin. |
Establishment registered with the AFSSAPS : Compliance with cosmetic regulations | | With regard to the manufacturing and packaging of cosmetic products, the Laboratory de COMBE d'ASE is registered with the AFSSAPS (Agence française de sécurité sanitaire des produits de santé – French Agency for the medical safety of health products) which is a public corporation that aims to reinforce medical supervision and safety controls of health products and participates in the enforcement of laws and regulations on cosmetic oriented or body hygiene products. Each product must be detailed in a file which includes the specific information required by article L.5131-6 while at the same time complying with the rules relating to the composition and labelling of cosmetic products. The managers of certain activities concerning cosmetic products are required to possess the requisite professional qualifications. |
A regulatory technological supervision is ensured | | The Laboratory de COMBE d'ASE engineers regularly take part in high-level scientific meetings with regard to aromatherapy or the regulations which are to be applied in this domain. Furthermore, through its membership of COSMED, which is a professional association widely known to be involved in cosmetology, the company is able to remain at the forefront of the most recent technological and regulatory developments. |
